Basic steps:
1. Buy 1 of each food in the list and have them in your bags.
- Chopped Mycobloom
- Fresh Fillet
- Portioned Steak
- Spiced Meat Stock
- Roasted Mycobloom
- Skewered Fillet
- Unseasoned Field Steak
- Simple Stew
2. Do a 2 mask run.
3. Go to Trade District heading to the flight master area and kill the mobs and elite there. Follow the weak aura's description instructions (it even has pictures) from there.*Note: Once you've looted the gryphon (make sure you got [item=235700] in your bags--can even learn it on the spot), you can right-click your unitframe > leave instance if you want.
