After this mount has finally been released, it's indeed confirmed that when you buy this mount, you'll receive the mount and after summoning it, your character will receive the Hitching Post item to share it with your party and raid members.
This mount has extraordinary effect while flying, but movement animation wise it's exactly the same as Swift Windsteed mount. Still a nice one to have for mount collectors, if you so prefer!
