since any bonus to the caster is a pure bonus if we can have this plus the 2 set embellished gear I
believe this item will be BiS for bracers.EDIT: This item is used to switch the 30 sec buff from the 2-Set to either be Mastery or Haste up too you.
So if your a healer and you want haste you get this item and vice versa for the dps casters.Only at max level will we see the true power of this embellishment.
In DF the embellishments never happened for tailoring perhaps in the war within they will be.
