MageWith the new 'Permenant Water Elemental' Glyph next patch, the mana cost of this ability has been reduced from 5% of the WE's base mana to 1%, for a total reduction of 80% of the mana cost! This solves the problem of the WE running out of mana on long boss fights for Frost PvE.
As a somewhat added bonus to this; as your WE is always around in raids, he will receive full benefits from raid buffs as well allowing him to last even longer with a larger mana pool. All in all, it's looking interesting for Frost PvE next patch :)
