Wind Scales

So in my search for these mats to some awesome transmog, it didn't seems to be sold on the Auction House on any of my servers and neither did anyone know anything about it.
After a little while I found the place which is in Blade's Edge Mountains at the bottom right corner of the brown area, (coords in a straight line: 67.7, 74.5 to 65.6, 52.8).

The [npc=20749] was definitely the best mob I believe. You can kill and skin them and before you are done with them all the first ones already start to respawn again. For my [item=32575] I needed 16 of those, which is 160 of the Wind Scale Fragment. It took about 45-50 minutes to farm them all with a 280% fly mount.

But I still found out that the Wind Scales drops a couple of places besides this spot.
