  When Dream Breath or Fire Breath critically strike, their duration is extended by 2 sec, up to a maximum of 12 sec.

  Time Convergence

  Non-defensive abilities with a 45 second or longer cooldown grant 5% Intellect for 15 sec. Essence spells extend the duration by 1 sec.

  Golden Opportunity

  Echo is 10% more effective.

  Overclock

  Chrono Flames' maximum damage or healing is increased by 40%, up to Arcane.
