  Inexorable Assault

  Obliterate and Frostscythe consume up to 3 stacks, dealing an additional (26.3% of Attack Power) Frost damage for each stack consumed.

  Frostreaper

  Obliterate deals 10% increased damage and has a chance to tether the souls of its target and a nearby enemy to yours. Frost Strike severs the tethers, dealing (411.8% of Attack Power) Shadowfrost damage to both foes.

  Murderous Efficiency

  Consuming the Killing Machine effect has a 20% chance to grant you 1 Rune.
