  Summon Darkglare

  Summons a Darkglare from the Twisting Nether that increases the damage of your Agony, Wither, and Unstable Affliction by 20% while active. The Darkglare will serve you for 20 sec, blasting its target for (487% of Spell Power) Shadow damage, increased by 10% for every damage over time effect you have active on their current target.
