  Nature's Guardian

  When your health is brought below 35%, you instantly heal of your maximum health. Cannot occur more than once every 45 sec.

• 
  Encasing Cold

  Increases the cooldown of Frost Shock by 15 sec, but Frost Shock now freezes targets in place for 4 sec.

  Arctic Snowstorm

  Enemies within 10 yds of your Frost Shock are snared by 30%.
