  After Wither reaches 8 stacks or when its host reaches 20% health, Wither deals (144.5% of Spell Power) Shadowflame damage to its host every 1 sec until 1 stack remains. When Blackened Soul deals damage, you have a chance to gain 2 stacks of Flashpoint.
