  Draconic Attunements

  Learn to attune yourself to the essence of the Black or Bronze Dragonflights: : You and your 4 nearest allies have 2% increased maximum health. :You and your 4 nearest allies have 10% increased movement speed.

  Blistering Scales

  Protect an ally with explosive dragonscales, increasing their Armor of your own. Melee attacks against the target cause 1 scale to explode, dealing Volcanic damage to enemies near them. This damage can only occur every few sec. Blistering Scales can only be placed on one target at a time. Casts on your enemy's target if they have one.
