Details
In game this title prints before your character's name. The client stores it as the format string Honorary Councilmember %s, where %s is the character wearing it.
How to Obtain
The game client’s title table records no source for this title. We match every achievement reward line and every quest reward in the game data against a title’s phrase, and none names this one. Some titles come from PvP seasons, promotions or holiday events, which the client does not link back to the title row. Browse the achievement database for a matching reward.
