Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.
This is a partial outfit - it fills 5 armor slots, so a full look needs 3 more slots from elsewhere. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.
Slot and binding read from the current retail build’s item records for this set’s own pieces.

2 of this set's 10 pieces drop from 1 encounter in Vault of Archavon. The rest come from vendors, quests, crafting or world drops, which the dungeon journal does not record.
Drop chances are not stored in the client data we mine, so none are shown here.
5 pieces of Dark Coven's Regalia are sold by vendors. The game's own collection data lists 3 places where they are sold.
