Where to Farm This Set
9 bosses in Draenor and Hellfire Citadel drop pieces of this set. Each instance below carries its Adventure Guide entry, where its entrance is, and what each boss drops.
Draenor is a savage land, birthplace of the orcish race yet named by draenei refugees hundreds of years ago. For generations, orcs, draenei, and the Gorian ogre imperium all coexisted, though not without strife and territorial skirmishes. Ancient and primal forces of creation and destruction clashed, maintaining equilibrium through violence. This is the world on which Garrosh awoke after his escape. And now, thanks to the Iron Horde and the dark hand of Gul'dan, the fate of two worlds hangs in the balance.
The entrance is in Nagrand at 32.8, 38.4 (/way #550 32.8 38.4).

Supreme Lord Kazzak drops 1 piece of this set (Wrist) on Heroic. Adventure Guide map pin: 47.1, 21.5 on the Tanaan Jungle map. Supreme Lord Kazzak has emerged from the Twisting Nether once again, watching over Gul'dan's efforts on behalf of the Burning Legion. He stands near the Throne of Kil'jaeden, the heart of the corruption that has befallen Tanaan Jungle.
When Garrosh encouraged Grommash to begin construction of this massive stronghold at the heart of Tanaan Jungle, to serve as a staging ground for the assault of Azeroth, he even suggested the name Hellfire, pulled from a different time and a different land. He dreamed of seeing mighty orcish iron towering over an unblighted landscape, so very different from the wasteland he had known in Outland. But even as times change, so too do they stay the same.
The entrance is in Tanaan Jungle.
Kormrok drops 1 piece of this set (Head) on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Adventure Guide map pin: 52.2, 45.2 on the Hellfire Citadel map. As ancient as Draenor itself, Kormrok once ruled Gorgrond, the creatures of the land slinking away from the giant magnaron's destructive fury. But then the Iron Horde came, trapping the behemoth and attempting to break his will. They were entirely unsuccessful... that is, until the rise of Gul'dan, and the fel power that Kormrok could not resist.
Hellfire High Council drops 2 pieces of this set (Legs, Wrist) on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Adventure Guide map pin: 71.8, 67.6 on the Hellfire Citadel map. Thousands of Iron Horde orcs accepted the blood of Mannoroth, but few grew as powerful as these three champions. Dia Darkwhisper, master of Void magic and an outcast of the Shadowmoon, rose quickly to power as the left hand of Gul'dan. Gurtogg, with his insatiable hunger for blood, emerged the victor in hundreds of trials by combat. He has met his match only once, fighting Blademaster Jubei'thos to a draw. Tainted with fel sickness, they serve Gul'dan as both Highguard and Council of War.
Kilrogg Deadeye drops 2 pieces of this set (Hands, Chest) on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Adventure Guide map pin: 51.2, 33.5 on the Hellfire Citadel map. Kilrogg Deadeye, Warlord of the Bleeding Hollow, seized control of his clan after performing a ritual to learn of his death. With this knowledge, he led his clan fearlessly on countless campaigns, marching toward the glorious end he desires. Now, with demon blood coursing through his veins, Kilrogg awaits you in Hellfire Citadel, awaiting the moment of his death, or yours.
Gorefiend drops 2 pieces of this set (Head, Legs) on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Adventure Guide map pin: 17.6, 45.2 on the Hellfire Citadel map. Falling into the heart of the mausoleum Auchindoun, the Shadow Council lieutenant Teron'gor gorged upon hundreds of draenei souls, becoming a bloated abomination in the process. More than just an orc now, Teron'gor gave up his old name and has taken a new one: Gorefiend.
Socrethar the Eternal drops 1 piece of this set (Hands) on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Adventure Guide map pin: 59.5, 53.0 on the Hellfire Citadel map. The greatest warriors of the draenei have their souls imbued into gleaming constructs, serving as eternal Vigilants in defense of their people. Originally a member of the Council of Exarchs before his descent into darkness, Socrethar has perverted this holiest of rituals, and used a warped fel construct to preserve his soul after his defeat in Talador.
Fel Lord Zakuun drops 1 piece of this set (Waist) on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Adventure Guide map pin: 49.9, 18.3 on the Hellfire Citadel map. Speculated by some scholars of the Legion to be an evolved version of the common felguard, Fel Lords serve as enforcers in the direct service of Archimonde. Their cruelty is matched only by their brute force. Zakuun was set to a task that called upon both of these traits in equal measure: breaking the iron will of a stubborn and defiant orc chieftain of the Warsong Clan....
Xhul'horac drops 1 piece of this set (Shoulder) on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Adventure Guide map pin: 48.4, 50.7 on the Hellfire Citadel map. Summoned by Gul'dan from the depths of the Twisting Nether, Xhul'horac is one of most powerful of the Void Revenants - a race of parasitic void-beings that tear holes through the planes of reality, consuming and absorbing the energies and beings within. Gul'dan has twisted Xhul'horac, feeding him overwhelming Fel energy, and using his powers to tear open the portals through which he plans to rally the forces of the Burning Legion.
Mannoroth drops 1 piece of this set (Chest) on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Adventure Guide map pin: 51.1, 48.0 on the Hellfire Citadel map. Bloodthirsty and brutal, Mannoroth was Archimonde's most feared enforcer, until he was felled by a mighty blow from Grommash's blade. Even in death, his blood was used by Gul'dan to fuel a dark bargain with the Iron Horde and their allies. Gul'dan and his minions now seek to reanimate the shattered remains of Mannoroth, that he may continue to serve the Legion.

2 pieces (Destruction): Reduces the cast time of your Chaos Bolt by 0.5 sec and increases its damage by 2%.

4 pieces (Destruction): Your Chaos Bolt has a 12% chance to not consume a Soul Shard.
Versions and Companion Sets
The game links 2 other versions to Deathrattle Regalia, each labelled the way the collection journal labels it. This page is the Heroic version.
Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
Buying the Tradeable Pieces
1 piece of Deathrattle Regalia can be listed on the Auction House (it does not bind on pickup); 1 has a listing on US connected realms in our latest scan.
Lowest listed price on any US connected realm in our recorded Auction House scan, per piece; transmog gear is priced per realm, so the realm named is where that price was seen.
The game data carries 3 separate set records under the name Deathrattle Regalia - one per class or armor weight, plus the per-slot recolours the appearance was built from. This page is the one we index for the name; the others are listed here so nothing is lost.
