Of its 5 pieces, 4 are quest rewards and 1 drops from a boss. Every piece is Cloth armor. Wearing them requires level 25. The set was added in patch 1.9.0.

Slot	Piece	Source	How to get it
Head	Doomcaller's Circlet	Quest	Reward from Doomcaller's Circlet in Ahn'Qiraj.
Shoulder	Doomcaller's Mantle	Quest	Reward from Doomcaller's Mantle in Ahn'Qiraj.
Chest	Doomcaller's Robes	Quest	Reward from Doomcaller's Robes in Ahn'Qiraj.
Hands	Dark Storm Gauntlets	Boss drop	Drops from C'Thun in Temple of Ahn'Qiraj.
Feet	Doomcaller's Footwraps	Quest	Reward from Doomcaller's Footwraps in Ahn'Qiraj.

Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.

This is a partial outfit - it fills 5 armor slots, so a full look needs 3 more slots from elsewhere. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.
