All 3 pieces come from the Trading Post. Every piece is Leather armor. The set was added in patch 10.1.7.

Slot	Piece	Source
Head	Nathreza Blasphemer's Horns	Trading Post
Shoulder	Nathreza Blasphemer's Mantle	Trading Post
Waist	Nathreza Blasphemer's Shard	Trading Post

Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.

This is a partial outfit - it fills 3 armor slots, so a full look needs 5 more slots from elsewhere. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

Nathreza Blasphemer's Flames is a single item whose use effect learns all of Nathreza Blasphemer's Flames at once. It is Bind on Pickup. The Trading Post lists it for 450 Trader’s Tender under Transmog Sets.

Strike fear into any demon's heart with your flame's controlled chaos.

1 other set reuses the 3D models of Nathreza Blasphemer's Flames’s head, shoulder and waist, most shared models first:

• Aldrachi Blasphemer's Flames (Dragonflight, 3 pieces): the same head, shoulder and waist models, recoloured.

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.

Sets from the same content batch with the same class restriction.
