Vigilant Guardian drops 1 piece of this set (Legs). Adventure Guide map pin: 53.3, 52.0 on the Sepulcher of the First Ones map. This eternal guardian lies in wait, keeping a timeless vigil over the entrance to the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
Skolex, the Insatiable Ravener drops 1 piece of this set (Wrist). Adventure Guide map pin: 14.4, 69.6 on the Sepulcher of the First Ones map. With the Sepulcher of the First Ones vulnerable, devourers swarm in to feed their hunger. Among these aberrations is the ravenous Skolex. As the great worm consumes vast amounts of ephemera, the Sepulcher is thrown out of balance and threatens to collapse upon itself.
Artificer Xy'mox drops 1 piece of this set (Waist). Adventure Guide map pin: 39.5, 44.4 on the Sepulcher of the First Ones map. After his defeat in Castle Nathria, Artificer Xy'mox sank back into the shadows to plot his next heist. With the Sepulcher of the First Ones now vulnerable, Xy'mox has summoned the full might of the Xy Cartel to plunder the ancient knowledge and powerful relics buried there.
Dausegne, the Fallen Oracle drops 1 piece of this set (Chest). Adventure Guide map pin: 52.2, 43.3 on the Sepulcher of the First Ones map. Dominated by the Jailer, Dausegne leads the Mawsworn in a battle to gain control of the Forge of Afterlives. The Jailer plans to use its power to unleash an eternity of torment upon all of reality.
Prototype Pantheon drops 1 piece of this set (Feet). Adventure Guide map pin: 32.6, 70.3 on the Sepulcher of the First Ones map. Bereft of the cosmic spirits of the Eternal Ones, these incomplete host bodies can only carry out their base directives without mercy or compassion. With the enemy at the gates, Lihuvim has little choice but to activate these dangerous prototypes.
The Shadowlands are the lands beyond the mortal realm of Azeroth, where the souls of the dead travel to upon passing. The Arbiter, a being of great power, once guided these souls to one of many different afterlives. Now, all souls are being sent to the Maw, a place of eternal torment. 2 pieces (Destruction): Every 10 Soul Shards spent grants Ritual of Ruin, making your next Chaos Bolt or Rain of Fire consume no Soul Shards and have no cast time.
4 pieces (Affliction): While Agony, Corruption, and Unstable Affliction are active, your Drain Soul has a 20% chance to make your next Malefic Rapture cost no Soul Shards and cast instantly.
4 pieces (Demonology): Your Hand of Gul'dan has a 15% chance per Soul Shard to summon a Malicious Imp. When slain, Malicious Imp will either deal Fire damage to all nearby enemies of your Implosion or deal it to your current target.
4 pieces (Destruction): When Chaos Bolt or Rain of Fire consumes a charge of Ritual of Ruin, you summon a Blasphemy for 8 sec.
