With the Sepulcher of the First Ones vulnerable, devourers swarm in to feed their hunger. Among these aberrations is the ravenous Skolex. As the great worm consumes vast amounts of ephemera, the Sepulcher is thrown out of balance and threatens to collapse upon itself.
Artificer Xy'mox drops 1 piece of this set (Wrist). Adventure Guide map pin: 39.5, 44.4 on the Sepulcher of the First Ones map. After his defeat in Castle Nathria, Artificer Xy'mox sank back into the shadows to plot his next heist. With the Sepulcher of the First Ones now vulnerable, Xy'mox has summoned the full might of the Xy Cartel to plunder the ancient knowledge and powerful relics buried there.

2 pieces (Unholy): Every 5 Clawing Shadows that burst Festering Wounds applies Soul Reaper on your target and summons an Army of the Dead ghoul for 15 seconds.
4 pieces (Blood): When you take damage, you have a chance equal to 100% of your Parry chance to lash out, Heart Striking your attacker. Dancing Rune Weapon now summons 2 Rune Weapons.
4 pieces (Frost): Consuming Killing Machine fires a Glacial Advance through your target.
