Tooltip

Reduces the melee attack power of all enemies by 49 for 45 sec.

How it works

Each cast of Demoralizing Shout costs 10 Rage. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Demoralizing Shout is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 99. Its base value is -49. Its area radius is 10 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Threat (effect type 63). Its base value is 11. Its area radius is 10 yards.

What it does

Demoralizing Shout is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 45 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 10 yard radius and changes threat in a 10 yard radius.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
