Each cast of Challenging Shout costs 5 Rage. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Challenging Shout is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 10 min cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 10 yard radius.
