What it does
Explosive Trap Effect is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 20 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage (base value 163) in a 10 yard radius and leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in a 10 yard radius every 2 sec.
