How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It scales with 1 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec. It triggers Flamethrower.

Flamethrower is a Fire spell with an instant cast, a range of 15 yards, a 2 sec cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Flamethrower (record #25029).
