How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

Flamethrower is a Fire spell with an instant cast, a range of 15 yards, a 2 sec cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Flamethrower (record #25029).
