How it works
Each cast of Rake costs 40 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown.
Rake is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 23.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 16 per tick. It applies the bleeding mechanic. It ticks every 3 sec, 3 times over the full 9 sec (48 base in total).
- Effect 3 is Energize (effect type 30). Its base value is 1.
What it does
Rake is a Physical spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards and effects that last 9 sec. When cast it deals Physical damage (base value 23), applies an aura with the bleeding mechanic every 3 sec and restores a resource (base value 1).
