How it works

Each cast of Renew costs 30 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 8. Its base value is 9 per tick. It scales with 0.2 times spell power. It ticks every 3 sec, 5 times over the full 15 sec (45 base in total).
