In the LFR raid - Mogu'shan Dungeons, I farmed 5000 coupons in the first quarter - 350 coupons per hour. Grummel enterprises are needed. https://i.imgur.com/QYMS47H.png
Unless I'm doing something wrong, I'm not so sure running MSV LFR is a good way to progress this achievement. After 10 runs, you will reach the 10 instances per hour lock-out. It takes my ret pally about 2-3 minutes per run. There are 3 bosses in the instance. For every 5 raid bosses you kill, you are awarded 5 coupons. For every 5 bosses in Kun-Lai Summit you kill, you are awarded 3 coupons. So that's 8 coupons every 2 runs. I'm not sure how that equates to 350 coupons per hour.
