I got the previous achievement upon logging into my main, but since then, this one hasn't increased past the 350, even though I've been flying around picking up dozens and dozens of decor.

Same issue. Hasn't moved off of 394, even after picking up ostensibly big ticket items like the gate off of Venari.
Likewise, stuck at 388
