It takes 3 days of daily to reach Valiant, since you need 15 Aspirant's Seals and you get 5 per day unless the daily bugs and you can pick up more of them. When you reach Valiant you get the quest to talk to your faction and you gain this Achievement =)
Once you get 15 Aspirant's Seals, you then get a quest to get 25 Valient Seals which then leads to Champion's Seals.
