Train to compete in the Argent Tournament by becoming an Aspirant for your race's faction.

You get the Aspirant's Challenge quest after earning 15 Aspirant's Seal from daily quests available in Argent Tournament. It took me 3 days on PTR to reach 15 (around 5 earned each day). After completing this Achievements its one quest away to complete Argent Valor Achievement.
