This mount can be bought in Dalaran. Theres a Mount Vendor close to the Horde place. Costs 750g, if your exl. with Kirin tor.
You can get almost the same mount in a diffrent color by killing the horde/alliance kings in the major citys!.
A fairly easy achievement to fulfill, as the brown bear currently only costs 800g in beta.
