There are two ways to do this achievement. The once-a-day (easy) method and the win-TB-all-the-time (hard) method.

The hard method consists of doing every single Peninsula daily, and then fighting and winning TB at least three times per day. This seems like a lot of time investment, but there is a reason for winning TB beyond just the 250 rep you get for each victory. When your side wins TB, two quest NPCs spawn with various dailies for you to do. One of those two spawns is randomly chosen from a pool of NPCs (the other never changes) and each NPC in the pool has three daily quests unique to them. So if you've got the time, you can do not six TB victor dailies, but a grand total of 12 TB victor dailies (the default three plus three for each of the three possible NPC spawns) provided you catch each of the three NPCs each day.

The easy method consists of winning TB once, doing the Island dailies, and then crossing over to the Peninsula to do those dailies. You'll gain less rep/day with this method, but it is more efficient over the long haul, as you aren't going back to TB multiple times per day for a shot at three extra dailies each time.
