actually, according to wowwiki Therazane is the only non-evil elemental lord. I say non-evil instead of good because on wowwiki she is listed as Lawful Neutral, aka not evil, but not really good either. However she will always give people a chance.

She IS evil (maybe not?) but Deathwing has crashed in her crib and kicked her out. I'd say she'l take advantage of us and then stab us in the back and appear as a boss.
