Bottle Service (Season 2)

To earn this achievement, you must first talk to [npc=68792] (as Alliance) or [npc=68794] (as Horde) and purchase [item=93158]. After doing so, you may have a bit of a wait on your hands, depending on whether RNG favors you and whether other people around you are working on the same achievement.

Occasionally, one of the NPC spectators will get angry, begin yelling, and turn hostile. At this time, you must throw your bottle at him in order to earn the achievement. Be aware that the bottle has a 30 second cooldown, so aim carefully. Also, if you get too close to him, he will attack you, and you will need to stun or incapacitate him momentarily, as the throw mechanism on the bottle has a minimum range. It appeared that only one person can do this per hostile NPC (using the bottle on him turns him back to friendly), so you need to be pretty quick.

I tried to macro "/tar angry" and "/use Expired Bottle..." but it doesn't work. Their name does not change to "angry spectator". Their name stays the same and their nameplate changes from green to red and most notably they get 3 flashing red marks over their head almost like exclamation marks. When I threw the bottle it said I was in combat but the spectator never came after me so it seems you have to be pretty close to aggro them.

Man, I felt really sorry for the level 12 monk that was standing right next to a spectator when she became angry. Needless to say he ended up dead. :(
