This is a new achievement added in patch 5.3, and you need to win 250 pet battles through Find Battle with a team of 3 x level 25 pets.
This achievement awards the pet Stunted Direhorn upon completion.
This is part 3 of a series of 4 achievements, which will reward you with the title Trainer at 1 000.
The achievement series:
1: Merciless Pet Brawler.
2: Vengeful Pet Brawler.
3. Brutal Pet Brawler (this achievement).
4. Deadly Pet Brawler.

Win 250 PvP pet battles through Find Battle with a full team of level 25 pets.

To follow up on this. The Mobile Armory App (iPhone) was showing me different progress across toons. Logged into Wow and it's clear that progress with any toon counts toward this achieve.
This achievement will reward the [npc=69849] pet.
