In case you're a seasoned pet battler, make sure you actually use a full team of level 25 pets. If you use teams from for example wow pet guide, their most rated team for this fight contains a level 1+ leveling pet in it, so it would not count towards the acheivement. I faceed the same issue - not reading properly.

I have done the awakened custodian world quest so many times now
and it still shows as incomplete in my achievement, the last one i still need...
