Chasing Storms in The Azure Span

For storms at Brackenhide Hollow, an easier way to get this achievement is to go to one of these spots:
/way The Azure Span:Dragon Isles 14.78, 38.35
/way The Azure Span:Dragon Isles 15.62, 36.81
This is right on the edge of the storm, in front of a large group of Brackenhide Scrappers who are just outside. However, enemies kited into the storm will gain the empowered buff, so you can pull mobs into the storm to get credit. The Scrappers have relatively little health and spawn in huge numbers, so you can mount up, train a huge pack in, and aoe them down. You'll still have to kill enemies elsewhere (or sit and wait for respawns) but it'll speed up the process a bit.

I've completed all 4 different type of storms in the Azure Span, but I don't have chasing storms in azure span somehow.

Apparently it all has to be done on one character, alts don't contribute toward meta achievements.
