This achievement may not have any reward now, but I feel it is somewhat likely this achievement (or one of the achievements under its umbrella) may end up being part of the Dragonflight meta-achievement, like the Back From the Beyond meta-achievement in Shadowlands that gave the Veilstrider title.
It may be worth grabbing these now while Primal Storms are still somewhat relevant and its easy to find groups for it.

Feels like it should at least award a "Storm Chaser" title or something along the lines
This achievement either needs to be removed from the meta or rework the achv it self or the events. There is no set rotation for the storms anymore and you have to wait 3 HOURS just to hope and pray your getting one you need. It is 100% RNG and if you didn't get this achv when it was current then you are in for one of the more cruel rng achvs ever made in this game.
