I don't know if you're Horde or Alliance, but a guildie of mine linked their cooking and I found a bunch of recipes I didn't have, like the ones from Felwood and STV, as well as a few from the starter towns (Brill, Razor Hill, etc), and even one quest reward (the Smoked Desert Dumplings). I'm currently at 71/75 recipes without having the Chocolate Cake or Skullfish Soup, and I still have a dozen vendor-sold recipes to buy! So there are probably a few sneaky ones you've missed. :)
