Not only a simpsons reference but a reference to (usually) old ladies that have tons of cats.

While the Achievement name is pretty cool, I will still give some more Information about this Achievement.
Auriaya starts with two Sanctum Sentries on normal difficulty, those Sentries have 3 important Abilities:
-An Aura that increases the damage of all nearby Sanctum Sentries by 50%, this stacks multiplicative, not additive, so 2 buffs equal +125% damage, 3 buffs +212.5% etc. On normal difficulty this is fixed at 50% as only one Sanctum Sentry can be nearby.
-A Jump ability that deals a large amount of damage, only used on the main target and only if it is out of melee range and within line of sight.
-A stacking Bleed Dot.The Dot is the most important part about this achievement, as you will have to switch tanks in order to reset it. In addition you will have to deal with a much higher amount of damage as the Sanctum Sentries do hit quite hard. Still, this achievement is considerably easier on normal mode, as on heroic mode you have 4 Sanctum Sentries and thus also have to make sure that the cats do not come close to each other.
It's not a rumour. That NPC is a reference to WoW's first Community Manager, Donna Anthony, whose name on the forums was Katricia. She used the Priestess of the Moon icon from Warcraft III, which is a white tiger, as her avatar (this was on the old forums where Blizzard posters didn't have moving 3D avatars like they do now). She was a CM during WoW's Beta phase, but she left the company before release.
