As of the hotfix on May 1, 2009, this achievement has been changed. You are now only required to perform 5 daily quests with your orphan out, not one-daily-for-five-days.
The 3.1.2 patch changed the description of this achievement to "Complete five daily quests with your orphan out."
For those wondering. World quests DO NOT count.
