So i cleared the delve without touching anything and not got the achievement.
The first time i just ported out like wth is this, but the second time u used the parachute after the boss and only got it AFTER that.

I completed this during the Dark Ritual story in Nightfall Sanctum, the achievement popped as soon as I landed on the ground from the parachute skill.
No artillery will be present during the "Aiming to Get Even" story. Ignore it!
