Well, i think that a lot of players didn't even know what a "defense crystal" really is...

Defeat Cyanigosa in The Violet Hold without using Defense Control Crystals and with Prison Seal Integrity at 100% while in Heroic Difficulty.

This is one of the easier achievements that you can get without any prior preparation. The only real difficulty is to stop the 3-4 add squads from reaching the door, in which you can easily taunt off with any aoe ability.
This Achievement is rather straight-forward, It means doing the entire Heroic without ANYONE clicking the Defense Crystals, The Seal Integrity is rather sturdy if only one add gets past, we let one hit the shield for a while and after ~6 seconds the shield was still on 100%. We also wiped on the 2nd boss, reseting the instance. Although when we completed the Instance for the second run-through (Same Daily ID) we were still able to acquire this achievement.
