Update for 2012: apparently now that Mists of Pandaria is out, you have to be level 89 or 90 for the event to show up in your dungeon finder.

As per this year (2010), you have to use the dungeon finder tool to get this done. Running around BRD for three hours by yourself will not help you, as I found out the hard way. Using the que makes it take about 5 minutes total.
When your character is lvl 78-80 an option will be visible in the same box you choose 'Random Lich King Dungeon' or 'Specific Dungeons' Click the Dungeon Tool --> Click on the 'Type:' Dropdown --> Select Coren Direbrew --> Click 'Find Group' --> Wait for Invite Hope this helps
