Down With The Dark Iron

After trying the event, I noticed still some people trying to hit iron dwarfs with their weapons. It will not work!

Here is what I summarize from above:
- This event cannot be soloed, so you need many people (from same faction) to do it.
- This event occurs every 30 minutes and you need to survive for 5 minutes.
- Losing even one Keg will make it impossible to win because the rest of Iron dwarfs will swarm the remaining Kegs (although it won't make you loose as long as you still have one).
- Use the macro mentioned above except you only need following line, the rest is not necessary.

/use Complimentary Brewfest Sampler

- Make a button in your toolbar for that macro so you can easily run it.
- Before event starts get one [Complimentary Brewfest Sampler] from tables around, but don't drink it yet.
- You don't have to sit close the mugs on tables, Dwarfs standing near tables will throw it to you.
- your [Complimentary Brewfest Sampler] will refill itself
- Stand on or close to one of 3 Thunderbrew Festive Kegs.
- Use your keyboard to align yourself toward the closest Iron dwarf and hit the macro button on your keyboard.
- During event there will be some big mugs on the ground that grabbing them will turn you to a whirlwind that will help killing Iron Dwarfs (I didn't check it yet).

- After surviving the event a wheel will drop on ground that will offer you the turn in quest for the achivement.

Hope this helps.

Personally, after several failed attempts I made a macro. Since running up to them just doesn't seem to be an option when they keep kicking you back.

It might be worth noting that you don't actually have to participate in the event to get the quest off the cog that's left behind if you win. I happened to run out to the Brewfest grounds shortly after the event was over, and I was able to get the quest. Though I highly recommend participating, since where else can you throw mugs at dwarves?
