If you have items that can equip in more than one slot such as trinkets, you can just move one epic item from slot to slot to get the achievement.

This and the superior version just randomly popped (or re-popped) when I just logged in on my main, I should have had this many months ago.
Weird
Mine was glitched out. All of my gear is well over 372, but several of them are still grayed out. I fixed it by opening the Equipment Manager in my Character Info, manually unequipping and then equipping the items.
