Same for alliance, it looks like there are now two copies of the same achievement but one has horde specific quests and the other alliance which are obtained when picking your faction.
I believe there is currently an issue with how some uncollected achievements are displayed. This achie now appears for my horde character in place of the newly added achievement "Tome Comber." Tome Comber can't be found anywhere. I noticed similar examples where opposite faction only achies take over neutral achies. For example I can now see Kul Tiran Fisherman instead of Catchin' Some Rays or Professional Kul Tiran Master instead of Merchant Artisan.
