Easy to complete alone.
Take off all your gear and queue. WIth no gear on you can sprint ahead of your NPC allies and die 3 times easily. Then put back on your gear and complete as normal.
DPS role is probably best since you can affect the timer most easily this way. If you take off gear, NPC healer will not be able to prevent you from dying.
You can click on gears and use Burner Clocks to add time if needed.

@Pharuned it's a bug, make sure to unequip your tabard and shirt.

I tried this once and when I put my gear back on my item level is 1. Not only that, every time I queue up afterwards my item level reverts to 1. Do not recommend.
