Also, I'm doing this as a level 85 Mage, so Blink, Invisible, Mirrorimages and Frost Nova, that all helps me avoid mobs and spending time on encounters.

Elder Mourdeep (Blackrock Depths) - the one below "molten span"
This one is in Blackrock Depths, right in the middle of the Ring of Law. If you talk to him, you WILL start the event. (efranklin42)
If you are quick you can talk to him and leave the ring before the doors close, just in case you thought you needed to strip down or bring extras for this(AusSpyder)

Elder Stonefort (Blackrock Spire) - the one by Blackrock Caverns
When you enter Blackrock Spire, move straight forward, up the right stairs, jump down the edge, and move into the left "tunnel". When you're at the end of it, you get to Hordemar City. Move straight forward, and you will see Stonefort the Elder. Move across the bridge and you'll be at him.(Pellzor)

As an 85, you can pretty much just mount up and run through.
If you can't see the map, just turn left on the crossroads and by the right side of the pool, bam!

Elder Splitrock: - Maraudon

Directions to the Dungeon:
To get there, once you enter the gate from Desolace, follow the trail until you're in a room at the bottom of a set of stairs and see 3 tunnels. One has orange crystals, one has purple crystals, and there's a small one in right between them. Take the middle one to the end and the portal to get into inner Maraudon is there. (Qrillya)

Elder Igasho: The Nexus

Elder Nurgen: Azjol-Nerub

You might wanna put your HS up somewhere outside the instance, unless you can either sneak by or solo the last boss, or don't mind hs'ing to somewhere else. This one is a little tricky, you have to slay first boss, no problem for a level 85' and you can sneak by Hadronox and jump down the hole, no problem for a mage. Nurgen will be located to your left if you are in the water and look towards the door to the next boss. Render invisible and run by Anub'arak.

Elder Jarten: - Utgarde Keep

Run through the instance like normal, 85's don't pull that much aggro.

Elder Chogan'gada: - Utgarde Pinnacle

Do the dungeon as normal, you can skip/sneak by any of the bosses up until Skadi the Ruthless. You have to kill him, else the next door wont open. Next room jump through the hole in the stairs (you see the glow in front of you by the Scourge Hulk) and he will in front of you in a "cellar"-ish place.

Elder Kilias: - Drak'Tharon Keep

Run right up the stairs, you won't be attacked by the fleeing mobs, when you reach the Meeting Stone, turn left!
Inside, 85's can easily run by most groups, and you can skip 2nd boss by wall-hugging. Elder will be by the Dino Boss, King Dred. (Ninf)

Elder Ohanzee: - Gundrak

In 3.3.2 Blizz moved him near Drakkari Colossus boss! No more in eck room. So you don't need to do it on Hc (matzos)
- You can skip everything up to the Elder. He's standing behind the Boss, I managed to get in and out without taking aggro from a single mob, using blink and invisible twice.

Elder Yuaruk: - Halls of Stone

Walk into instance and go straight ahead to the circular room. Turn right up the stairs. Then take your next right (by the elementals). Follow the path down past the channelers and more elementals till you see the elder. (backdoc77)

Northrend dungeon Elder locations:

Elder Yurauk in the Halls of Stone - Crystalline Quarry on way to Krystallus.
Elder Igasho in The Nexus - Right before Omorok the Tree-Shaper.
Elder Ohanzee in Gundrak - Eck's room. Heroic only.
Elder Kilias in Drak'Theron - King Dred's pen.
Elder Nurgen in Azjol-Nerub - Past Hadronox, fall down hole and he's by the water. Have to kill first 2 bosses.
Elder Jarten in Utgarde Keep - Past first boss, in a collapsed tunnel in the first room you see Ironhelms and Runecasters.
Elder Chogan'gada in Utgarde Pinnacle - Room after Skadi, under stairs. You will need a group to get past gauntlet.

With Eck's room (Gundrak) being opened in heroic only, this makes the meta achievement only possible at level 80. All others are possible in normal dungeon mode.

As a druid or rogue, you should easily be able to solo:
Halls of Stone
Drak'Tharon Keep
The Nexus
Utgarde Keep
