When you enter the instance go straight forward pas the two guards and then go straight into the tunnel in front of you slightly to the right. If you look at your mini map, imagine it is a clock. You want to go through the tunnel that is between 2:00 and 3:00. Then make a left into the first "door" with an open gate. You should see a ! in your mini map.
The instructions here are rough so i will make them far more easy.
run to the green circle loop on the map once you zone in
take yer first left once you run past the 2 guards and you will find yer elder.so much easier than all the crazy nonsense other people are posting.
