Malicia in Gladiator's Refuge (Valdrakken) sells 6 new items for 100 Bloody Tokens each. All you have to do is get a kill while empowered by each item you use, some of them don't last that long so use when person you're killing is low health. They have 5 charges each. New PvP WQ areas in Zaralek Caverns are easy spot to find people on in War Mode during the day.
You can also get the buffs during the WQ from each snail type, but way more work. Just spend the coins, you'll have 50,000 coins by the end of this season who cares.

Just buy the potions, you will have thousands of bloody tokens excess anyway, then just make a macro and use it before you finish off an enemy
